This property is privately owned and
therefore the sole responsibility of the ownership.
THE NUMBER OF TENANTS IS
LIMITED TO THE NUMBER ORIGINALLY LISTED AT THE TIME
THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IS MADE. ADDITIONAL PERSONS DO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT.
NO PETS PERMITTED EXCEPT BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT.
Management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will
not be responsible for accidents or injury to tenants
or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables. Tenants
will also be held responsible for any damages attributed
to them or their guests.
